Nike Free Trainer 3 0 v4 review. Are these the best gym shoes / best training shoes out there? Perhaps. They are a minimalist concept, which you know I really like. Also, they have a 5mm heel-toe drop and a revamped upper that’s both flexible and rigid…it’s pretty crazy. It’s also breathable and that’s generally a good thing, especially with trainers. They have Nike’s Flex Grooves outsoles, which people seem to really like, myself included. For $120, they are pricey, no doubt, which is why I say they are perhaps the best…I think you could go with the 3.0 v3s and be just as happy.

would u buy these over the Nike Free 4.0 Flyknit 2015? looking for new shoes thats just for Gym…
How is the fit compared to the metcon 1 ?
Would you say that these shoes would be good for deadlifts (vs. Converse Chucks or the Reebok Lite TRs by Mark Bell)?
Are the insoles removable?
You convinced me to get these shoes, I even got the same color. I know these are more indoor training shoes. How do you think the soles will withstand running outdoors? I’m talking about just a couple of miles.
I got these shows and they look ridiculous with tha color I got them with lol it’s like a high lighted green and blue but they’re comfortable
How long do your training shoes usually last? The insole on mine started to wear out in less than a year (10 months approximately). Also, I run 3-5k once a week, do you think I should get running shoes or just use my trainers?
great vid.
Hey man, I’m wondering what’s your take on the best shoes for work? (especially in my case, being part of retail and standing up for hours and in terms of being comfortable and looking great). Anyways, thanks!
i really like your videos (Y)
i have a question & i believe you will give me the useful answer based on your unique analysis & transparency
the case is that i workout @ gym in the following scenario (treadmill 30-45 min, muscle machines, aerobics & weight lifting) the question is should i use training shoes (like this) or may i use running shoes like free 5.0 ???
also what is the average life time training & running shoes have ????
hey mate, looking to buy some all round shoes that are good for lifting and the sprints (HIIT) I usually do at the end of my workouts. Is a crossfit trainer the best for this?
Hi, you definitely have nice reviews..
how do you compare this Trainer 3.0 v4 to Trainer 1.0 ?
Hey Riz, i am a big fan i was just wondering if you could do more running shoe videos.
Would be cool to see a video of you sparring in that ring. Great review like always.
Great review! I love both the V3 and the V4, they do feel a little different though mainly because of the materials. The v4 has a slightly wider toebox and more narrow midfoot area. The v3 is more stable and less flexible due to the hard mesh. Both are fantastic though and they both look amazing for just casual use too.
Please make a hightop in these nike
Can u pls review the element refinev
Riz! really liking your videos. Short, but not too short informative enough, but no info-overload — Really good work.
Are you ever planning to cover some outdoor/ hiking/ mountain climbing shoes as well?
How are the Nike FS Lite Trainer 3’s? I’m in the market for some gym shoes–been using my running shoes–and I’m looking at these and the Free Trainer 5’s.
Any minimalist running training shoes for wide feet you would recommend?
are those good for walking too?
$120, I’d rather go for the Nano 5s. Those are amazing shoes and I would not hesitate to buy myself a second pair. More stable, better lifting shoes, and much more durable with kevlar material. And they look way better.
great review! just saw these were sold out on nike.com for $120. ended up winning a new pair on ebay for less than $60, can’t wait to put these to use.
So you do recommend to order a size half up?
