Man ur feet is like mine and i like wide Shoess
What’s better, these or Strike MVMT?
you should try the reebok crossfit nano pump 3.0
Question, is it normal for the outer sides to be pointed out after a wear? Is that bad or normal for the material to do that?
Butt ugly shoes!
When do you think the nano 9 and metcon 5 will be announced and released?
As someone new to CrossFit but used to sneakers I am surprised I haven’t seen any leaks of photos of them.
Compared to the rereleased black and gum Nano 2?
i whould love if you could try rocks shoe and tell us what you think
I just clicked on the video to tell you your mustache + beard looks ridiculous!! Lol
How would you compare or rank them against the Free X Metcons?
good vdo, but it being crossfit stuff id like to see better form in the power position if youre gonna show yourself working out in them
Don’t see any reason to choose them over the Nano 8’s, Metcon 4 or even the Metcon Free.
Nice goatee, señor Glaude
A few months ago I mentioned on one of your videos I was down 30lbs. Now Im still watching your videos and I am down 110lbs with 5 day a week Crossfit and eating healthy. Thanks for being a positive influence on the masses.
What do you think are the best grips? Struggling on which to buy.
hey john do you know if they run a little larger than the nano 7 weave?
What I notice when people workout on these is that their feet rock back and forth. I think I’ve heard people say that it’s stable but upon glance I can easily notice people’s feet rocking back and forth before stabilizing. I don’t see that when people wear Nano’s or Metcon’s. It’s interesting because I notice it in your videos too. I’m wondering if we’re giving way too much credit to these shoes for being RF1’s. I feel Reebok failed Rich Froning with these.
