Skechers GoRun Ride 2 – an amazingly flexible running shoe with outstanding cushioning. I love this shoe for road and trail running. It’s fantastic!

Proper landing is on the toes not the heel. Because if you land on the heel, all the pressure is going to fall there and you might develop plantar fascitis. If you land on the toe then swing your foot to the heel and propulse, you will have a spring effect by the counteracting contractions of your tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscles thereby acting as a shock absorber to lessen injury and run last. Common mistake for a runner landng on the heel.
